Therapy is for anyone looking to gain insight, develop coping strategies, or navigate personal challenges. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure about the next steps in your life, therapy can provide a supportive space to explore those feelings.
I provide telehealth therapy sessions only, allowing you to receive support from the comfort of your own space.
I am licensed to provide therapy for clients located in Colorado, Florida, and Minnesota.
You can schedule a session by calling 720-660-9093, emailing erhart.counseling@gmail.com, or filling out the contact form on this website.
I am a private-pay therapist, which means I do not accept insurance. However, I can provide a superbill upon request, which you may submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. Please check with your provider to see if they offer out-of-network benefits.
I accept credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA payments, and electronic payments. Payment is due at the time of the session.
Private-pay therapy allows for greater flexibility and confidentiality. Insurance companies often require a mental health diagnosis and may limit the number of sessions covered. By working outside the insurance system, we can focus on your needs without external restrictions.
Your first session is about getting to know you—your concerns, goals, and what you hope to gain from therapy. We’ll discuss how I can support you and begin creating a plan that works for you.
The frequency of sessions depends on your needs. Many clients start with weekly or biweekly sessions and adjust over time as progress is made.
There is no one-size-fits-all timeline for therapy. Some clients find a few months helpful, while others prefer ongoing support. You are in control of your therapy journey.
Yes. Everything you share in therapy is confidential, with a few legal exceptions related to safety concerns (such as harm to yourself or others). I will explain confidentiality in detail during your first session.
